Private parties require a non-refundable deposit starting at $55 to secure your booking. Larger groups or specialty events may require a higher deposit, which will be confirmed at the time of scheduling. Your deposit includes a custom digital party flyer, a managed RSVP list, a secure payment link for your guests, and a private event page with all of your party details in one place.

Pricing and To-Go Party Options

Seats for in-studio private paint parties are $45 per person. For guests who prefer to paint at home or for off-site gatherings, our Owl Paint & Party To-Go kits are available for $25 each. Each kit includes all required painting supplies, with optional rental add-ons available for easels and other party essentials. Kimberly can also host off-site gatherings with a $65 deposit and seats starting at $55 per person.
